Due to all of the snow in the Cascades in the past 10 days, the Northwest Avalanche Center continues to report dangerous conditions requiring careful and conservative decision-making.
Stevens Pass Pro Patrol recently completed avalanche mitigation work just outside the ski area boundary – a good reminder to all of the dangers of a deep and unstable snowpack.
